Question about the compound Shopmaster/Shoptask.Hi ppl, i own a 1995!!! 1720 xmtc. I am wondering about the shoptask compound tool post. My machine did not come with one. Is the S.T. one decent or should I look for a different manuf.?. I just visited the Shoptask site and I see what you mean. It appears that you clamp the compound in the turret in the same way as you hold a cutting tool. I think it would work but I bet someone.
